Sachbearbeiter:in Customer Care & Auftragsabwicklung, Dietikon

Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung und -beratung per Telefon auf kompetente und freundliche Weise
  • Pflege der Beziehungen zu externen Kunden als zentrale Kontaktperson
  • Unterstützung des Sales Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Aufträgen inklusive professioneller Korrespondenzführung
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung

Qualifikationen:

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in SAP Programmen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
  • Freude am regen Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und professionelles Auftreten
