Key Responsibilities

  1. Support in developing a balanced range and assortment of products tailored to customer needs and market trends.
  2. Assist in collaborating with design, merchandising, and planning teams to create collections that meet margin and sales targets.
  3. Contribute to building a buying strategy that considers lifecycle planning, seasonality, and pricing structures.
  4. Support supplier sourcing and negotiation to secure high-quality products at the best price and lead time.
  5. Monitor product performance and provide input on trends and sales data to maximize results.
  6. Coordinate with visual merchandising and marketing to ensure the product aligns with campaigns and promotions.
  7. Maintain a strong customer focus and suggest opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

Hard Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in buying or a related role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  4. Basic understanding of garment construction and fabric types.

Soft Skills

  1. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  2. Good negotiation and communication abilities.
  3. Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  4. Results-driven and customer-focused.
  5. Creative, adaptable, and trend-savvy.

Languages

English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
