Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective, and a dedication to client service.Your roleDesigning, building, and securely managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, using best practices for performance, security, scalability, and cost optimisation.Building and managing CI/CD pipelines across various environments, guiding code through each stage of the software development lifecycle.Building, maintaining, and sharing templates for the capabilities used in the platform, such as CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure as code (IaC).Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.Authoring and maintaining comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, deployment pipelines, and DevOps best practices to ensure consistency for your team.Collaborating in an agile team environment, and meeting evolving business requirements.Owning your projects/initiatives end-to-end with decisive leadership – defining the vision with your Product Owner.Acting as a collaborative team player – engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, sharing expertise, and supporting colleagues to achieve our shared goals.Your profileExperience in a DevOps Engineer role, or a comparable software engineering position.Passion for, and experience in, building resilient, secure, and scalable services.Experience with public cloud providers (e.g. AWS), especially with multi-tenant architectures.Knowledge of cloud-native and serverless architectures.Proficiency in Git, Git workflows, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.Strong scripting and automation skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certification would be a plus.Snowflake knowledge would be a plus.Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English.Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.NoteWe will not accept any CVs via agencies.Diversity & InclusionPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
