Die Kerndienstleistung von FRED besteht im Betrieb des Portfolio Management Systems und CRM Lösungen, der dazu notwendigen Schnittstellen zu den Depotbanken, in der gesamten Beleg- und Dokumentenarchivierung sowie in der Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -integrität auf dem Portfolio Management System. Ein professionelles Team von Wertschriftenspezialisten in der Schweiz erfasst, ergänzt und veredelt Daten wo nötig manuell.

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst- Tägliche Beschaffung sowie Verarbeitung der Wertschriftentransaktionen
- Täglicher Abgleich von Wertschriftenbeständen
- Kontrolle sowie Korrektur von fehlerhaften Wertschriftentransaktionen
- Prüfung und Validierung von Bewertungskursen
- Pflege der Wertpapierstammdaten sowie deren Eröffnung im System
- Sicherstellung der Schnittstellen-Funktionalität zu Banken, Kurslieferanten und dem Softwareanbieter
- Support | Anlaufstelle bei jeglichen Kundenanfragen

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie- Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Grundausbildung in einer Bank sowie mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Wertschriften Back Office | Middle Office
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Buchen und Abgleichen von Wertschriftenbeständen
- Flair für Zahlen, technisches Verständnis sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und vernetzte Vorgehensweise
- Interesse an Aufbau- und Projektarbeit
- Versierter Umgang mit der MS-Office Palette sowie Applikationen
- Deutsch und Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
