About Us:
Splint Invest is more than just a fintech app; it's a movement designed to democratize investment in alternative assets. As we expand, we need a CTO who is not only skilled in software development and operations but also passionate about creating a seamless, secure user experience across our digital ecosystem.
Your Role and Challenge:
Step into a role where your work will lay the foundation for personalized investment solutions through our AI-driven recommendation engine. Your expertise will be crucial in harnessing individual and third-party data to deliver tailored investment opportunities despite data limitations. This position is tailor-made for those who excel in utilizing AI to deeply understand user behavior and who are driven to significantly enhance portfolio performance.
What We're Looking For:
• Technical Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with React Native, Next.js, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Your understanding of mobile and web server architecture will be vital as we evolve our tech stack.
• Leadership Prowess: Proven experience leading engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and peak performance. Inspire and mentor our team to excel in their roles.
• Operational Acumen: A strong background in continuous delivery and operations, ensuring our platforms remain scalable, reliable, and responsive.
• Innovative Thinking: A knack for seamlessly integrating third-party solutions, enhancing our operational capabilities.
• Strategic Insight: Use your experience with B2C marketing tools to align our technological developments with business objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in BI, Data Analytics, and SQL will be key in driving data-driven decision-making.
• Team Development: Experience managing near-shore teams and building strong in-house capabilities.

Project descriptionSplint Invest is a marketplace for retail investors, to access alternative investments. On our platform, pre-selected issuers offer their investment products to retail investors. Retail investors can start investing with a minimum ticket of 50 €. We take care of the legal requirements, the tokenization and custody, as well as the data and cash management.
The newSwiss Venture Capital Reportprovides a review of the whole of 2023. In addition to investments, the report will once again include the results of a survey of Swiss investors, an overview of venture capital fundraising and a list of exits. You can download the Report in our asset section.
