We are looking for a Team Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to Membership and Affiliates activities, including events, programmes, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth operations during a peak period of 6 months. Our client is an international company. Missions Assist with routine administrative tasks: preparing documents, presentations, and maintaining templates. Support event coordination (e.g., mid-year meetings, information sessions). Help manage member data, track participation, and schedule meetings. Liaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Communications) for logistics and documentation. Provide ad-hoc support for regional initiatives and meetings. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Profil du candidat Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication in English (French is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently. Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
