If so, we want you on our team.As a Solution Consultant at Archlet, you will become an expert in our AI-native Sourcing Solutions, bringing your analytical power to advise customers on leveraging Archlet to run effective and efficient RFPs. You will support current customers on complex RFPs, share best practices, and maximize value, ultimately creating more up-selling opportunities. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your tasks and innovate your approaches.You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering, sharing your unique insights to improve and grow Archlet.Your missionConsult Clients: Assist our European clients in managing complex RFPs in Archlet for both direct and indirect categories.Advise on Bid Sheets: Develop robust bid sheets in Excel to optimize Archlet's use by collecting the right information from suppliers in the required format.Customize Demos: Set up and adjust customized demos in Archlet, ensuring data is correctly structured and solution value perceived.Drive Success: Proactively drive the success and value of high-value RFPs, creating “success” use-cases to share internally and boost adoption.Product Communication: Identify and communicate product feedback and new innovations to the product team, and collaborate with the engineering team to develop the best solutions.Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key users (champions) by earning their trust through procurement and product expertise.About YouEducational Background: Ideally a degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Experience: 2+ years in Procurement consulting as Sourcing Analyst or Consultant or in a B2B SaaS company as Solution or Sales Engineer or similar.Expertise: Procurement expertise as Sourcing Analyst, Consultant, or Category Manager.Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German is a must.Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of handling sensitive data meticulously.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a quantitative mindset.Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product).Work Conditions: Ability to work from our Zurich HQ, with the flexibility to work from home as desired while generally expected to spend around two days per week in the office.Mindset: Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, can-do attitude.Why Archlet?Innovative Environment: Be part of an innovative, passionate team driving the next generation of procurement tools.A-Team Culture: We value each other and gather 4x per year in and around our Zürich HQ for activities.
