About the job As a Senior CRM Consultant at Synpulse, you will support leading financial institutions in designing and implementing future‑oriented customer relationship management solutions. With a focus on Salesforce or BSI CRM, you will help clients transform how they interact with their customers by shaping strategies, defining target processes, and delivering powerful CRM solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through all project phases – from vision to implementation – and play a key role in cross‑functional delivery teams. Advising our customers (banks, insurance companies) on the conception of CRM solutions Participation in varied projects for the introduction of CRM solutions Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects for our company Managing sub‑projects at locations throughout Switzerland and, if interested, also abroad Collaboration with customers and ecosystem partners Job Requirements Very good Master’s degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences Practical experience in the financial industry and with CRM implementations is mandatory Very good language skills (min.
