- Du analysierst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und identifizierst Anforderungen in UX Workshops (z.B. Erstellung von User Journeys, Formulierung von User Stories).
- Du arbeitest in den Bereichen Interaction Design und Visual Design bei der Entwicklung neuer oder dem Redesign bestehender digitaler Produkte.
- Du arbeitest in crossfunktionalen Projektteams mit Designern, Frontend-Entwicklern, Backend-Entwicklern und unseren Kunden.
- Du entwickelst ästhetische visuelle Designsprachen und hast eine Leidenschaft für gutes Design. Deine Lösungen sind visuell durchdacht und lösen Emotionen aus.
- Du arbeitest nach den Atomic Design Prinzipien. Du erstellst Komponenten-Bibliotheken und visuelle Styleguides oder greifst auf bestehende zurück die du mittels eines theming individualisierst.
- Du begleitest den Produkt-Entwicklungsprozess von der Ideation bis zur Realisation und stellst eine hohe Designqualität mit den Kollegen aus der Quality Assurance sicher.
Dein Profil
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer UI und UX Design Rolle gesammelt.
- Deine Leidenschaft sind digitale Anwendungen sowie deren Gestaltung, bei Design- und Tech-Trends hältst du dich gerne auf dem neuesten Stand.
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den gängigen Programmen wie FIGMA sowie in Prototyping- und agilen Tools (White Board Tools wie z.B. Mural oder Miro).
- Du kommunizierst auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen auf Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Englisch (mindestens B2) professionell, offen und klar.
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, hast Spass an interdisziplinärer Team-Arbeit und erfüllst deine Aufgaben mit Leidenschaft.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Methodenwissen in der praktischen Anwendung von User Centered Design Prozessen, Design Thinking und User Research.
- Erfahrungen in IT-Projekten ist ein Plus, Erfahrungen bei einem Full Service IT Provider auch ;)
