We are looking for an enthusiastic Jewellery & Watch Consultant to join our team in our boutique in Zurich at the Banhofsstrasse:

  • Advise and support our national and international clientele.
  • Responsibility for the perfect customer service along the entire customer journey.
  • Build-up and maintaining of a personal network of loyal regular customers.
  • Determining requirements and preparing offers.
  • Ambassador for assigned jewellery and watch brands.
  • Cashier service including billing and preparation of sales and export documents.
  • Structured handling of administrative tasks (CRM).
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or training as a sales advisor.
  • Several years of experience in retail in the luxury environment.
  • Luxury-oriented (continuing) education/training and skills development in the jewellery/watchmaking sector.
  • Fluent communication skills (s/w) in German and English; any other language is a benefit.
  • A well-groomed, personable and competent appearance.
  • Affinity for and confidence in handling IT/CRM systems.
