A comprehensive onboarding program, diverse and tailor-made training opportunities, a colourful and dedicated team with exciting tasks are just some of the benefits we offer youYour responsibilitiesConduct new supplier assessments, approvals, onboarding, and training programs to ensure suppliers meet compliance standards and are effectively integrated into operationsInitiate and track measures for supplier performance improvement based on evaluations, driving sustainability practices and mitigating supplier risksLead supplier development initiatives, including sustainability improvements, and organize supplier development meetings and business reviews to ensure continuous improvementOversee supplier incident management as the overall coordinatorConduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with ethical and operational standardsCollaborate across plants to coordinate and manage multi-plant incidents effectivelyOur requirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, sustainability development, or compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial contextStrong knowledge of supplier auditing and risk management processesKnowledge of IATF 16949 standard is an advantageExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse teamsHighly organized, perseverant, investigative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentWillingness to travel frequentlyEnglish (business fluent, C1), German is an advantageReady to start?Marko Colic (Manager HR Europe) and the recruiting team are looking forward to get to know you and are available for further questions by email (marko.colic@datwyler.com) or by phone (+41 41 875 13 50).Be yourself at Datwyler #J-18808-Ljbffr
