Aktuell befinden wir uns im Bereich Asset Management in einer agilen Transformation hin zu noch mehr Selbstorganisation und somit mehr Eigenverantwortung. Neu arbeiten wir in Squads und Chaptern zusammen und nehmen gemeinsam eine End to End Verantwortung wahr. Das ist ein Prozess und er verlangt viel von uns: Geduld, Veränderungswille, Lust am Lernen. Wir gestalten das Neue gemeinsam, nicht allen allerdings fällt das leicht. Aber wir sind überzeugt, dass wir nur mit frischen Ideen und digitalen Ansätzen mehr Fahrt aufnehmen. Konkret kommst du bei uns ins Construction Management, wo du für diese Aufgaben verantwortlich bist:

  1. Du vertrittst die Baloise Asset Management AG in sämtlichen Fragen rund um die Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekte in dem zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich.
  2. Du führst und vertrittst die Bauherrschaft von Neu- und Ersatzneubauprojekten sowie Erneuerungs- und Instandsetzungsprojekten als Gesamtprojektleiterin/ Gesamtprojektleiter über sämtliche Phasen gemäss SIA 112 (Machbarkeit bis Projektabschluss).
  3. Du übernimmst die fachtechnische Führung in interdisziplinären Teams des Bereichs Immobilien als Baufachfrau/Baufachmann zur Entwicklung von Bestandsliegenschaften und Entwicklungsprojekten.
  4. Du kümmerst dich um die Festlegung von architektonischen Konzepten, baulichen Massnahmen, Standards und Eingriffstiefen in Abstimmung mit dem Asset Management/Portfoliomanagement.
  5. Du betreust das bestehende Portfolio hinsichtlich einer nachhaltigen Substanzerhaltung und Ertragsoptimierung im baulichen und technischen Bereich.
  6. Du übernimmst die treuhänderische Führung, Auftragsvergabe und Begleitung von Bauvorhaben sowie die Überwachung der Termineinhaltung, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle.
  7. Du kümmerst dich um die Überwachung und Einhaltung sowie die Verantwortung des Investitionsbudgets.

Deine fachlichen Qualifikationen:

  1. Diplom in Architektur, oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung
  2. Erfahrung in der Planung und im Bauprojektmanagement, in der Funktion als Bauherrenvertreter:in und im Führen von TU/GU
  3. Erfahrung in energetischen Sanierungen
  4. strategisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten
  5. gutes Netzwerk in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft
  6. Methodenkenntnisse in der Bewältigung von komplexen Aufgaben und Problemstellungen, dies umfasst die Wahl von Lösungsstrategien als Vorgabe für die Planung und Umsetzung
  7. sehr gutes Französisch, gutes Deutsch
