Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible and accountable for the management of the Master Data in line with business strategies.
  2. Identify master data management improvements, harmonization, and automation opportunities.
  3. Support in assessing business impact and mitigation actions.
  4. Define master data management guidelines and standards in the respective area.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall IT strategy and support its implementation. Review IT investment allocations to ensure alignment with IT strategy and business demand.
  6. Communicate IT and functional strategies and priorities to stakeholders, fostering feedback and engagement in strategy development.
  7. Work with IT Innovation and Project Portfolio Management organizations to identify and create business opportunities.
  8. Advise on the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
  9. Contribute to maintaining alignment of IT roadmap/strategies with business and functional demand and investment plans.
  10. Assist with coordinating governance reviews of innovation projects and partner with the IT Innovation team on innovation projects as required. Experience in fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the field of specialization.

Your Profile:

  1. Deep knowledge of master data management and a good understanding of E2E business processes and other global master data.
  2. Understanding of main technology features supporting master data management.
  3. Leadership role model.
  4. Proficient in English.
  5. Reporting to respective function leadership.
