We’re building the most innovative and active pan-European online medtech eCommerce platform which will connect our production and integration services with hospitals, medical practices, laboratories, and research centers.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in developing AI/ML applications, with exposure to both standard and custom solutions.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model training workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
  • Ability to design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex problems in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Enthusiastic about exploring new challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Very good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop intelligent solutions to streamline and enhance order management workflows;
  • Create and optimize conversational AI for natural language interactions and improved user experiences;
  • Build and refine models for automating contract analysis, extraction, and classification;
  • Continuously explore and incorporate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance the efficiency and scalability of solutions;
  • Monitor model performance and conduct regular evaluations to maintain accuracy and reliability;
  • Contribute to bi-weekly brainstorming and team innovation sessions to propose new ideas and solutions.
