Come, be a part of this change.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, in alignment with organizational goals and constraints.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, address concerns, and solicit feedback to drive project success.Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations, tracking costs and variances to ensure adherence to financial constraints and optimize resource utilization.Conduct post‑project reviews and lessons learned sessions to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.RequirementsBusiness‑oriented thinking (consider financial and time‑related issues)Experience from an international company in manufacturing and/or maritime business (understanding engine manufacturing)Experience with two‑stroke engines would be an advantageAbility to adapt to changing situations (flexible working on different projects)Ability to establish relations with key customersReadiness to travel (approx 60% on a yearly basis)Our offerAn opportunity to shape the sustainability and environmental impact of the shipping industry.
