Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur agroalimentaire en Suisse, recherche un(e) Business Partner RH pour renforcer son équipe. Ce poste clé offre une opportunité unique d'accompagner la direction et les managers dans la gestion des ressources humaines tout en contribuant activement au développement des processus et initiatives RH.

Missions principales

  • Accompagner et conseiller la direction ainsi que les responsables hiérarchiques sur l'ensemble des thématiques RH
  • Assurer l'encadrement et le suivi des collaborateurs dans toutes les questions liées à la gestion du personnel
  • Garantir la bonne exécution des processus RH, du recrutement à l'administration du personnel
  • Piloter les recrutements à différents niveaux et conseiller les managers dans leurs prises de décision
  • Anticiper et traiter les problématiques RH en proposant des solutions adaptées
  • Participer au développement et à l'optimisation des pratiques RH en accord avec la stratégie de l'entreprise
  • Gérer le suivi des collaborateurs en incapacité de travail de longue durée

Profil recherché

  • Formation en gestion ou ressources humaines avec une spécialisation RH (brevet fédéral de spécialiste en RH ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion RH, incluant l'administration et le conseil aux managers
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'allemand (bilinguisme souhaité)
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et structurée, avec une approche pragmatique
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou de production (un atout)
