Within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will be part of our Buildings Business Unit, which brings together the full portfolio of products, software and services for buildings and adjacent infrastructure. In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Digitalization Quality & EHS for our Quality Management and Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety Organization, within our SI Buildings business unit.Location: This position will be in Zug, Switzerland.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will develop concepts and use cases for the digital transformation of Quality Management (QM), Environmental Protection, Health Management, and Safety (EHS) and Product-related Environmental Protection (PrEP).You will identify data-driven use cases, drive the implementation of data products and data-driven applications, and lead implementation initiatives in data analytics, AI, and automation in areas such as Substance of Concern, Robust Eco Design (RED), REACH, RoHS, SCIP, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, Net Promoter Score, Customer Experience Index, Non-Conformance Costs, and End-to-End Traceability.You challenge existing processes, data and KPIs and develop new solutions, such as advanced AI algorithms.You partner with diverse cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing) at all organizational levels to seamlessly integrate scalable digital solutions into core QM and EHS processes.Your Profile / QualificationsHave a completed technical, scientific, business or environmental master's degree (e.g., business informatics, data science, business analytics) or a comparable qualification.Several years of experience in digital transformation, data management and data analytics with considerable experience in Quality Management (QM), Environmental Protection, Health Management, and Safety (EHS) and Product-related Environmental Protection (PrEP) or related domains.Possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.Be able to build bridges between Quality, EHS, IT, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, etc., as well as an understanding of governance structures and interface management in a corporate environment.Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Be able to track digital trends and the corresponding technologies and translate them into innovative business opportunities.Fluency in English and a good level of German is desirable.Employee Benefits2–3 days per week of mobile working is standard.Mobility allowanceVaried further training opportunitiesAccess to employee share programsFurther information about employee benefits can be found hereWhat it’s like working for usWe place significant emphasis on fostering an inclusive and flexible working culture that encourages everyone to be their authentic selves.
