MSAT USP Expert

Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams for technology transfers, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design and upscaling to implementation and completion, ensuring alignment with project management goals.
- Serve as the interface between the process donor (customers and process development) and operations, ensuring scalability, manufacturability, and successful technology transfer by managing process risks and change control.
- Act as the MSAT process expert in capital investment projects, providing critical input for manufacturing processes and ensuring seamless implementation in the plant, while interacting directly with customers for process transfer and execution.
Key Requirements:
- PhD (preferred) or master's degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related fields, with strong experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development, especially in mammalian manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of GMP and bioprocess technology, along with excellent communication and interaction skills with customers and project stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (German a plus), with experience mentoring staff and conducting process-specific trainings for production teams.
