Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, train, and customize LLMs for real-world applications.
  2. Own the machine learning side of our product - integrate, fine-tune, and push boundaries.
  3. Stay on top of new ML trends and bring fresh ideas.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML with our vision.
  5. Build out our ML department as the first and lead engineer.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience with LLMs (Mistral, Llama, ChatGpt, etc.).
  2. Strong ML background with a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  3. Hands-on experience in model training and customization.
  4. Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch; Typescript is a plus.
  5. Startup-ready: you love autonomy, problem-solving, and taking ownership.
  6. Good command of English.
