Stellenbeschreibung:

  1. Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch proaktive Kommunikation und strategische Beratung
  2. Identifizierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung individueller Lösungsansätze für unsere Kunden
  3. Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  4. Marktanalysen und Identifikation von Trends zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebote

Anforderungsprofil:

  1. Abgeschlossene Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  2. Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Account-Management oder im Vertrieb von IT-Lösungen
  3. Ausgezeichnetes Netzwerk und Kontakte zu Entscheidungsträgern in der Branche
  4. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  5. Proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Kundenorientierung
