Your missionSupport and maximize product usage in the HospitalBuild and maintain a trusting customer relationshipProvide technical support to doctors and nursing staffSupply installation-relevant information for IT, sterilization, anesthesia, etc.Assist the Sales Manager in planning and developing customersSupport of general sales-related activitiesSystematic and structured collection and communication of customer needsProduct presentation during trade fairs and customer eventsYour profileEducation: Medical Imaging Technologist / RadiographySeveral years of professional experience in interventional radiology/oncologyExperience in application support and/or salesExcellent knowledge of medical imagingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStructured and practical working method with pronounced methodical skillsYou areTeam player with high self-motivationPositive, curious, and open to communicationAble to explain clinically-technical content in an understandable wayConfident in handling complex medical technology systemsWilling to travel up to 60–80%Based in the UK (preferably London or within 1 hour of an international airport), with a willingness to travel across the EMEA regionHolder of a valid driver’s licenseWhy us?As a link between CASCINATION and our Customers, you will be responsible for training medical professionals in the workflows and supporting them in the clinical application of the CAS-One® IR system. In doing so, you will work closely and trustfully with the sales team.
