Join Us as an International Product Manager (m / f / d) – Cardiometabolic Portfolio

If so, we invite you to take on a pivotal role as an International Product Manager for our Core Lab Cardiometabolic Portfolio on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a leading global healthcare company.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of cardiometabolic diagnostics, ensuring that patients worldwide have access to cutting-edge diagnostic tools for accurate and timely diagnosis. In this role, you will work closely with pharmaceutical partners, regional teams, and cross-functional teams to drive product development, market access, and commercialization strategies.
What You’ll Do :
- Pharma Partner Collaboration – Build strong partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to accelerate biomarker discovery, validation, and clinical integration.
- Product Lifecycle Management – Lead the product lifecycle from early development to market launch, ensuring alignment with pharma development timelines.
- Market Development & Commercialization – Develop and implement strategies to drive market access, awareness, and adoption in collaboration with pharma partners.
- Regional Engagement & Local Collaboration – Enable local collaborations to drive utilization of diagnostic tests, ensuring successful commercialization in key markets.
- Market Entry & Scale-Up Support – Work with pharma partners to ensure comprehensive market readiness and scalable adoption strategies.
- Post-Launch Support & Product Evolution – Manage post-launch activities, including product updates and ongoing customer support.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product success and strategic alignment.
What You Bring :
- Scientific or Marketing background with strong business acumen.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally in diagnostics with a cardiometabolic focus.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams and with external partners.
- Strong leadership & influencing abilities to drive alignment and execution of product strategies.
- Passion for customer and patient-centric solutions, with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English.
