Between changing customer expectations, the growing influence of technology and AI, and new business models, you’ll help our clients to stay afloat with your fresh perspective and forward-thinking vision.How you can make an impactWork closely with our clients at the heart of the business, implementing innovative strategies, crafting the right operating model, integrating core systems, and optimizing their business processes in sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service and claimsProvide our clients with your fresh and unique vision on how to build flexible, innovative business and operating models and services that are rooted in a strong foundationSupport and lead the development of thought leadership, which pinpoints the future of insurance and acts as a value add and door opener to our clientsUse your skills and day-to-day insights to sculpt the insurance landscape of tomorrow and join Deloitte in our commitment to make an impact that mattersWho we are looking forYou are curious, passionate about learning, able to enrich our projects with your fresh and unique perspective, and able to survey, articulate, and develop solutions to complex problemsYou have a passion for driving topics such as strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design and process digitisation and cost optimisation in the insurance industryYou have a university degree with a strong academic record and bring relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firmYou have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, such as sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims and customer service managementGood understanding of core insurance platforms is a plus (e.g. Guidewire)Fluency in German and English, additional French is a plusYour teamYou’ll be the newest member of our Insurance Operations & Solutions team – a diverse group of professionals that advises on, designs, implements, and deploys solutions focused on “heart of the business” (e.g., sales and distribution, underwriting, operations and claims) in Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance.Careers at DeloitteChoose your impact.
