These Data Products are in line with our overall IMSC Data strategy aimed at simplifying the existing data landscape, building foundational data capabilities, and driving value for business. You will ensure that these programs follow product management standards, fully governed and result in success in driving business value through data capabilities that support analytics, decision-making, and operational efficiency.You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, business process owners, and digital product teams to ensure the programs are designed with business value at their core, are accurately documented, and meet the highest standards. You will also work with executive leaders to shape and transform the overall journey.Key ResponsibilitiesLead programs advancing data modernization (Data Marketplace, unified Product Master and AI readiness across the IMSC).Own innovation product roadmaps for data platform and enablement initiatives.Partner with other IMSC workstream leads & J&J IT to deliver scalable, innovation-ready data solutions.Drive adoption and change management to accelerate use of modern platforms.Champion new initiatives to transform IMSC data ecosystem, identifying opportunities to eliminate redundancy and optimize operations.Advance the strategic vision and adoption for Data ecosystem innovations in alignment with IMSC objectives.Establish governance standards and executive reporting , ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery across initiatives.Partner cross-functionally with IT, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, communication, and delivery of program outcomes.Qualifications - ExternalEducationA bachelor’s or higher degree is requiredFocused degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field is preferredExperience and SkillsRequiredMinimum 6–7 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with demonstrated success in leading large-scale data and technology transformation initiatives.Strong product ownership and roadmap management capabilities, including backlog management, user story mapping, and release governance, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technical delivery.Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and scaled agile delivery models, with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability across cross functional teams.Demonstrated depth in data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and metadata management, along with deep familiarity with master and reference data practices.Experience integrating data products across multiple supply chain systems and platforms, ensuring consistent data quality and interoperability.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, operational dependencies, and data requirements.Proven record of managing data asset lifecycle management initiatives to enable consistent governance and adoptionAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery management, ensuring initiatives remain both visionary and execution focused.Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communications skills, with an ability to translate complex technical and process concepts into actionable business outcomes.PreferredExperience in global or matrixed organizations managing enterprise‑level data initiatives.Exposure to change management and adoption programs within digital or data transformation contexts.Background in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, life‑sciences, pharmaceuticals)Ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals and drive data driven decision makingAbility to adapt to changing business needs and emerging technologies in the data landscapeDemonstrates analytics skills and strategic thinkingOtherThis position may require up to 10% of domestic or international travelRequired SkillsRequired Skills: Alliance Formation, Applications Support, Consulting, Customer Analytics, Data Science, Data Structures, Digital Fluency, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, Emerging Technologies, Global Market, Negotiation, Organizing, Product Development, Report Writing, Risk Management, Technical CredibilityPreferred SkillsPreferred Skills: Alliance Formation, Applications Support, Consulting, Customer Analytics, Data Science, Data Structures, Digital Fluency, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, Emerging Technologies, Global Market, Negotiation, Organizing, Product Development, Report Writing, Risk Management, Technical Credibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
