For our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MSP Consultants who would be supporting one of a major pharmaceutical company and join us in building the team for our new client. You would be a part of a wider global team of around 15 people scattered across Switzerland, Germany, and the UK.

The MSP Consultants will work as part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to the hiring managers with their contingent, temporary, and contract recruitment. The key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.

We are open for people with MSP, in-house, agency, or RPO high-volume recruitment background and good stakeholder management skills. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days onsite in Rotkreuz. Fluent English & German or English & French is required. Planned start date is April.

You will be responsible for:

• Account and requisition management
• Key stakeholder management and engagement, providing specialist advice and guidance on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to the client
• Point of contact for escalations and process improvement
• Management and data capture on our Vendor Management System - Fieldglass
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end-to-end process
• Effectively managing and utilizing our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
• Execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs.
