Position Summary

As the Receptionist at the Nestlé Headquarters, you will represent the company as the first point of contact, embodying the Nestlé values and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and stakeholders.

A Day in the Life of a Receptionist

• Efficiently manage visitor check-ins to ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure effective communication flow with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize planned group visits to facilitate a smooth flow in the area and a positive experience.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Handle security-related tasks and other assigned duties with diligence and care.

What will make you successful

• Hospitality degree or equivalent with experience within the hospitality industry.
• Confirmed successful experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in security protocols is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Fluency in French and English.
