Technischer Leiter Center- und Mixed-Use Site Management (m / w / d)

In deinem Portfolio von prestigeträchtigen und technisch komplexen Liegenschaften bist du für die Steuerung des Facility Managements verantwortlich:

Das bewegst du:

  • Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben führst du die FM-Provider.
  • Zudem leitest und überwachst du anspruchsvolle bauliche sowie betriebliche Projekte.
  • Die Steuerung des technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Kontrolle der sicherheitsrelevanten Bereiche (Brandschutz, Sicherheits- und EVAK-Konzepte usw.).
  • Du führst, kontrollierst sowie überwachst sämtliche technische und betriebliche Verträge.
  • Des Weiteren planst und führst du das Unterhaltsbudget (baulich, technisch und betrieblich).
  • Nachhaltigkeitsthemen gehst du proaktiv an und setzt diese um.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Standort- und Kaufmännischen Leiter zusammen und unterstützt sie bei betrieblichen Fragen.
  • Dein Kommunikationsgeschick kannst du als Schnittstellenfunktion in fachlichen Themen zu Behörden, Eigentümern und Mietern zum Einsatz bringen.

Deshalb gelingt es dir:

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management auf Niveau FH oder NDS / MAS und von Vorteil über eine Grundausbildung in Technik- oder Baugewerbe.
  • Du konntest mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management sammeln und bringst eine sicherheitstechnische Ausbildung mit (SiBe Brandschutz oder ähnliche).
  • Mit deinem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsverständnis gegenüber Eigentümerschaft, Mietern und Kunden punktest du.
  • Du bist eine durchsetzungsfähige Person, die geschickt verhandelt und eigenständig geeignete Lösungen findet.
  • Projektmanagement Kenntnisse, ein versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office Produkten sowie Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
