Overview

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Creative with a strong concept and copywriting background to ideate, develop, and execute global advertising solutions for our client UBS. This is a high-impact role where you will work across diverse creative projects spanning multiple channels and international markets.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Development: Create compelling concepts and execute campaigns across digital, print, and OOH.
  2. Copy Excellence: You have a real craft to your copy and are able to develop engaging and impactful messaging, hitting the right tone for our luxury audience and ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  3. Collaboration: Partner with strategists, art directors, and other experts to deliver integrated and innovative communication solutions.
  4. Global Adaptation: Tailor creative work to resonate with diverse global markets, ensuring cultural relevance and strategic impact.
  5. Client Interaction: Present creative ideas and key deliverables to clients, building trust and fostering collaboration.
  6. Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, championing a culture of creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

A creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and international environment, preferably with experience working for multinational organizations in finance or luxury segments.

  1. Proven experience in senior creative roles within advertising/communications agencies.
  2. Excellent copywriting skills for different creative solutions, from classical ad executions to digital content, to video, audio, and beyond.
  3. A strong understanding of media principles, especially in digital and social channels.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire clients and colleagues alike.
  5. Good command of English.
  6. A collaborative mindset and ability to work across matrix structures with colleagues from different functions, agencies, and locations.
