R&D Controlling Analyst

Responsibilities- Supports controlling process for the concerned service- and corporate entities
- Business partnering and close collaboration with the involved managers of Global R&D
- Preparing budget, monthly forecasts and month end closing including all financial statements and relevant KPIs
- Creation of transparency by meaningful management reporting and analysis
- Controlling of cost centers, internal orders and projects (WBS-elements)
- Preparation of yearly intercompany service charges based on internal guidelines during budget, forecast and actual cycles
- Responsibility for regular updates of service level agreements (SLA)
- Supports the establishment of regular, automatic functional reporting [by department] based on QlikSense
- Preparation of consolidated reporting for the segment Corporate & Services within SIG
- Support Ad Hoc Analysis and special tasks
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, with specialization in finance and/or a further education in the area of controlling
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Good understanding of finance and controlling processes
- Good skills in Excel (intermediate level preferable) and PowerPoint
- IFRS accounting knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, German (basic knowledge) is a plus
