ICT Test Engineer

Project / Role:

For our client in the insurance sector we are looking for a Junior ICT Test Engineer I. Develop, specify, manage and perform tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques, and document the entire testing process in accordance with agreed process standards, industry regulations and based on the test strategy and test basis.

Main tasks:

• Analysis of simple user systems in terms of testability
• Evaluation of simple user systems in terms of testability
• Creating simple test concepts
• Creating simple test models
• Evaluation of simple product risk analyses
• Building simple test environments
• Cooperation in the implementation of the test strategy using test methods and tools
• Cooperation in the creation of the test coverage matrix
• Providing simple test data
• Determining simple automated test cases Collaborating on the analysis of test tools
• Implement simple testing tools
• Run simple tests according to the specified test cases
• Documentation of simple tests according to specified test cases
• Collaborate on defining test risks after testing
• Collaborate in the analysis of test errors
• Accompany simple error corrections
• Collaborate in measuring the performance of test systems

• Experience required: 0-3 years.
• Ability to work in a team, manage conflicts and enthusiasm for agile software development
