About The Role As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with Soverli’s CEO on strategic, operational, and cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll be taking ownership of high‑priority projects, handling operational and strategic tasks, and ensuring that the organization can move quickly and effectively. This is a high‑impact, high‑exposure role where you’ll work closely with engineering, product, operations, and early customers across Europe. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English and German, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a desire to contribute across product, market, operations, and strategy. What You’ll Do Take ownership of cross‑functional projects and keep key initiatives moving forward Support founders with operational tasks, planning, scheduling, and day‑to‑day company coordination Conduct research and analyses on markets, technology, and regulation (especially in DACH) Prepare materials for investors, customers, and partners, including slide decks and financial models Assist with early sales, presales, and partnership conversations, including German‑language materials Build internal processes across operations, hiring, finance, or compliance as the company grows Coordinate between engineering, product, and operations to ensure alignment and unblock progress Act as a strategic sounding board to the founders, providing feedback and clarity in ambiguous areas What We’re Looking For A strong generalist who learns quickly and thrives in high ambiguity Exceptional communication and structuring skills Highly dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to execute independently Comfortable switching between strategic work and hands‑on tasks Curious about deep tech, operating systems, security, and digital sovereignty Fluent in English and German Bonus: experience in startups, consulting, venture, or work with regulated industries Bonus: technical curiosity or ability to understand high‑level concepts in mobile systems and security Why join us Work with a passionate founding team on cutting‑edge technology with real‑world impact.
