OrientSA – DISEGNATORE/PROGETTISTA ESECUTIVO 2D Location: Luganese, Lugano, Ticino, SwitzerlandSalary: CHF 3 500 – CHF 4 500 a month (negotiated based on experience)Employment type: Permanent, direct in company Overview We are looking for an executive designer with at least 5 years of experience in construction and preferably within Switzerland. The candidate must understand project specifications, develop detailed 2D execution plans, and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders while ensuring quality, compliance, and budget constraints. Responsibilities Study projects and documentation: thorough analysis of projects, specifications, and contracts to guarantee compliance with current regulations and assigned budgets. Develop detailed execution projects at scales 1:5/1:2, facilitating the translation of building license projects into executable execution projects. Graphic representation and technical description: produce executive graphic documents, including construction particulars and detailed execution modes. Prepare necessary documents for the execution of works, based on the results of studies and investigations of execution design. Maintain clear and orderly documentation to communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties. Commercial negotiation: manage procurement of materials and execution of completed works; dialogue and collaboration with various stakeholders to define optimal working strategies. Prepare and send requests for offers, and create comparison plans using specific company tools. Qualifications Title: Geometra, Architetto, AFC disegnatore in architettura or similar. Experience: years of involvement in the construction sector and in Swiss companies. Preferred a permanent contract direct in company, with a startup urgency. Legal compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity statements. Offer Permanent direct employment in company. Location: Luganese. Salary: CHF 3 500 – CHF 4 500 net a month (negotiated during interview).
