Requirements:

  • Hochschulabschluss (Uni, FH, HF) und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Business Analyse
  • Idealerweise IREB CPRE-Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering sowie Modellierungs- und Design-Tools
  • Kombination aus Business- und IT-Know-how, idealerweise zertifiziert als Scrum Product Owner oder Scrum Master
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities:

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
  • Vorantreiben von Projekten und Optimierung von Businessprozessen durch Fachwissen und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Identifikation von Handlungsbedarf für IT-Applikationen und Nutzung moderner Analyse- und Requirements Engineering-Methoden
  • Durchführung von Workshops zur Erfassung und Überarbeitung von Produktanforderungen
  • Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf Produktweiterentwicklungen
