Bei diesem Kunden gestalten Sie den digitalen Wandel in der Finanz- und Versicherungsindustrie mit. An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Banking/Insurance sorgen Sie mit ihm dafür, dass die Kunden sich rund um die Uhr auf ihre IT-Infrastrukturen und Applikationen verlassen können und zu digitaler Innovation befähigt werden.

Ihr Gestaltungsraum:

  • Sie stellen den Kunden ins Zentrum Ihrer Handlungen und erkennen das Potential in der gegenseitigen Beziehung.
  • Sie verantworten die Leistungserbringung, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit der IT-Services und optimieren diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und den internen technischen Delivery-Teams, koordinieren und übersetzen die Bedürfnisse des Kunden in technische Anforderungen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit multidisziplinären Teams zusammen, um eine innovative und ganzheitliche Dienstleistung zu bieten.
  • Sie managen den gesamten Lifecycle der Dienstleistungen, einschließlich der Service-Management Prozesse und präsentieren daraus resultierende Berichte über den Status der Dienstleistungen und Projekte.
  • Sie führen die Kundenbeziehung auf Governance-Ebene und sind verantwortlich für die Definition neuer Services sowie spannender Kundenprojekte.

Ihr Profil:

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (Client Delivery Manager, Projektleiter, Service Manager usw.)
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Architektur und Betriebsmodellen, sowie Erfahrung im Service Management (ITIL) und Projektmanagement.
  • Business Prozesse und bankfachliches Know-how (z.B. Finnova/Avaloq) wünschenswert.
  • Analytisches, methodisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen, gepaart mit konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und ziel- und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
