If you're driven to shape the experiences of tomorrow and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want to hear from youWhat You'll Do:As a UX Researcher with a design focus, you'll be at the forefront of understanding user needs and translating them into innovative design solutions. You'll spend approximately 60% of your time conducting user research and 40% on UX design tasks. Your responsibilities will include:Leading User Research (60%):Plan, design, and conduct a wide range of user research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies) across diverse cultures and contexts.Analyze research data to identify key insights, user needs, and pain points.Present research findings and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders at all levels with a focus on business impact.Work closely with client UX teams to develop and refine their UX strategy based on research insights.UX Design & Prototyping (40%):Translate research insights into user-centered designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Design and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate on solutions.Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.Work with other user researchers to facilitate a consistent research approach.Actively participate in our global UX community, sharing knowledge and contributing to the evolution of UX practices.Your Expertise:2-4 years of experience in user experience, design research, or a related field.A strong understanding of the UCD process, including user requirements gathering, ideation, design, iteration, validation, and analytics.Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.Proven ability to lead UX research projects and deliver impactful results.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A deep understanding of inclusive design principles and a commitment to making UX research accessible to all users.Good understanding of client management.Bonus Points:Experience working in an agency environment.An interest in new and emerging technology and the future of experiences.Why Ipsos?We offer the entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique agency with the resources and global reach of a large research organization.
