Responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture and ensure that safety and quality policy is communicated, promoted and implemented within the organization. Perform line maintenance work packages and certificate of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery and troubleshooting. Perform A‑check, P‑check and out‑of‑phase checks work packages. Conduct structural damage assessments and repairs. Ensure that the aircraft is operating in airworthiness conditions. Work autonomously within a team spirit environment and assist the shift‑leader/supervisor. Ensure clear communication and reporting. Qualifications CAT A or holder of a valid B1 EASA Part‑66 license type rated on A320. Additional sheet‑metal skills appreciated. Good command of verbal and written English. Proficient in MS Office. Positive attitude and solution‑oriented. High degree of customer focus, good communication and team‑oriented. Proven ability to work under pressure. Demonstrates working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures to the required level. Benefits Competitive salary and employment conditions.
