2025 Graduate Talent Program – Trading Application Support (Tech) – ZH

Interested in working in financial services and collaborating with senior stakeholders? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

  • support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
  • ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
  • define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • gather information through surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services
Your team

You’ll be working in the IB Application Support team for FX, supporting a number of proprietary trading applications used by FX businesses in UBS.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT or finance topic, no longer than 18 months prior to program start date
  • has experience with high-level cloud technologies and DevOps as well as Linux and Solaris
  • generally adapts fast to new technologies and trends
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry.

Start date: July 2025

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. The program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network, including participating in one or several rotations.
