Industrial Automation Engineer – Geneva at OM Pharma Reporting to the Industrial IT Manager and working closely with multidisciplinary internal teams and external providers, you will support the daily operations and management of our serialization systems, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for serialization applications such as Tracelink and Laetus, and for other manufacturing or facilities systems. Ensure the stability, availability, and security of manufacturing and serialization systems and related IT applications. Monitor system performance, update dashboards, and support Quality, Serialization, Production, and Engineering departments on CAPA, change control, deviations, and audits. Collaborate closely with serialization, production, quality, IT teams, and external vendors to align priorities and coordinate system updates. Participate in projects to implement or improve manufacturing and serialization systems, acting as SME or project contributor, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, with significant experience troubleshooting and repairing IT or automation systems, preferably in a regulated environment. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and programming/development; prior experience with Tracelink or Laetus is a strong asset. Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). You describe yourself as rigorous, organized and curious.
