Alpadis provides bespoke Trust and Corporate Services to private, institutional, and corporate clients worldwide. Headquartered in Switzerland, Alpadis operates in key international markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Japan, and Labuan.

For our Zurich office, we are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in the administration and setup of client structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Take over of an existing complex client portfolio
  2. Preparation of agreements, organisational charts, deeds, presentations and review of the same
  3. Review and approval of financial statements
  4. Creating and maintaining files
  5. Work independently on the day-to-day administration of mandates (e.g. drafting of minutes/resolutions, review of bank and portfolio statements, monitoring of payment and execution of the same, liaise with internal and external accountants, auditors, etc)
  6. Direct and regular contact with the clients, their advisors and/or family offices

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  1. Previous experience in the trust and fiduciary industry
  2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
  3. Good knowledge of AML regulations
  4. Good MS office skills required. Knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage
  5. Fluent in Spanish and English, any other language such as German and Italian would be an additional asset
  6. Reliable and good communications skills
  7. Hands on mentality
  8. Team player
