  • Engagiert und mit viel Eigeninitiative unterstützt du unsere Sales Crew bei der administrativen Abwicklung unserer internationalen Maschinenprojekte
  • Du erstellst Offerten, Verträge und Rahmenvereinbarungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales Managern und der technischen Abteilung
  • Die Erfassung aller relevanten Daten in unseren Systemen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Customer Project Managers unterstützen eine effiziente und erfolgreiche Abwicklung unserer Maschinenprojekte
  • Als zukünftige*r Key User*in unseres CRM Tools gestaltest du die Einführung und stetige Weiterentwicklung des Tools aktiv mit
  • Die Durchführung von Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen und -Analysen sowie die Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und Reports runden dein spannendes Aufgabengebiet ab
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV oder HF/FH) mit und hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung möglichst im Verkauf Innendienst gesammelt
  • Im industriellen Umfeld fühlst Du dich besonders wohl und schätzt den Austausch mit internationalen Kunden und Kollegen
  • Du denkst und handelst stets dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiert und punktest durch deine proaktive, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Als Organisationstalent liebst du es, Prozesse effizient zu gestalten und diese stets weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren
  • Ob auf Deutsch oder Englisch – du kommunizierst sicher, gewandt und überzeugend, schriftlich wie mündlich
