Oracle Business Consultant / Berater für Digitalisierte Geschäftsprozesse (m/w/d), Wallisellen

Gemeinsam mit dem Kunden konzipieren Sie intelligente Geschäftsprozesse und Kennzahlensysteme. Die Besonderheit: Sie als Berater setzen konsequent auf einfach verständliche grafische Geschäftsprozessmodelle und bringen bereits vorgefertigte Best Practice-Lösungen mit. MitProdukten des globalen Marktführers Oracle realisieren wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden innovative Digitalisierungs- und KI-Lösungen.

Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Workshops zur Geschäftsprozessanalyse und Konzeption von Digitalisierungslösungen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Monitoring von Maßnahmen zum organisatorischen Change Management
  • Design und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen durch Konfiguration und Anpassung der Oracle Unternehmenssoftware (Oracle Cloud Applications, NetSuite ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite)
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungskonzepten und fachliche Spezifikation kundenspezifischer Anpassungen (Customization)
  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Anwender-Coaching sowie unterstützende Aufgaben während der Prototyping- und Testphasen
  • Begleitung des Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme des Systems
  • Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft, BWL mit IT-Affinität, Informatik mit BWL-Affinität oder Quereinsteiger mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Praxiserfahrung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Enterprise Performance Management, SCM/Logistik, Produktion, Customer Experience (Vertrieb, Marketing, Service), Personalmanagement (HCM)
  • Erfahrung in der praktischen Nutzung betriebswirtschaftlicher Anwendungssoftware ist von Vorteil
  • Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, arbeiten selbstständig, lösungs- und kundenorientiert und sind ein verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer
  • Sie können ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Abstraktions- und Strukturierungsvermögen sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse vorweisen
  • Mobilität in der Projektarbeit im In- und Ausland
  • Ihr Ziel ist die verantwortungsbewusste Nutzung moderner digitaler Technologien und Verfahren zur Schaffung nachhaltiger humaner Anwendererlebnisse
