Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e Quality Control Team Leader qui soit organisé/e, analytique et avec des fortes compétences en communication pour rejoindre notre laboratoire Biopharmaceutique, basé dans notre site de production à Bulle, Suisse.

Concernant le rôle

En tant que Quality Control Team Leader vous serez en charge de superviser une équipe de 8 techniciens de laboratoire, ainsi que de coordonner les demandes des stakeholders, planifier et suivre les analyses (routines, hors routines, validation, etc.) selon les impératifs.

Vous reporterez au Manager du laboratoire pharmaceutique et gèrerez une équipe stable de 8 collègues qui travaillent dans une dynamique collaborative et constructive. Le rôle implique des échanges avec d’autres départements comme la production, l’assurance qualité, la supply chain, les fonctions supports, ainsi qu’avec les autres laboratoires UCB.

Vos activités

  • Être impliqué dans le processus de libération et la gestion des déviations, CAPAs et change controls.
  • Être le contact clé QC pour les Produits pharmaceutiques.
  • Participer à la rédaction et à l’approbation des documents analytiques.
  • Initier, suivre et approuver les changements dans les différents systèmes laboratoire (LIMS, Empower, etc.).
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance liés à ses activités.
  • Participer aux audits internes, externes et aux inspections.
  • Être garant de la sécurité au sein du laboratoire pharmaceutique.

Intéressé/e ? Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes :

  • CFC en Chemistry Laborant ou formation équivalente au minimum.
  • 5 ans d’expérience en laboratoire (biologique ou pharmaceutique) et minimum 2 ans d’expérience en management du personnel.
  • Une bonne connaissance des exigences techniques de l’industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Solides compétences en gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de motiver, former et développer les membres de l'équipe.
  • Capacité d’analyse, priorisation, excellente communication et esprit d’équipe sont des atouts majeurs dans la réussite de ce poste.
  • Être force de proposition et orienté amélioration continue.
  • Un niveau de français C1 et B2 d’anglais, écrit et oral est demandé.
