We are looking for a dynamic and professional bilingual receptionist (French and English) to join a team. The main responsibility will be to greet visitors, answer phone calls, provide information, and deliver high-quality services. The selected candidate will need to work in a bilingual environment and ensure smooth communication in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:- Warmly welcome visitors in both French and English.
- Manage incoming phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages in both languages.
- Manage calendars, organize appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic administrative tasks (handling mail, managing emails, filing, etc.).
- Provide information and directions to visitors as needed.
- Follow up on internal and external service requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area and common spaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and optimal customer service.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare necessary equipment.
- Handle office supply orders and other administrative needs.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (essential).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) and phone systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Professional attitude and neat appearance.
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
