Wir suchen eine engagierte Linienmechanikerin / einen engagierten Linienmechaniker zur Unterstützung unserer pharmazeutischen Verpackungsproduktion. Aufgaben: Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs gemäss GMP & SHE Bedienung, Umrüstung und Überwachung von Verpackungs- und Inspektionsanlagen Durchführung von In-Prozess-Kontrollen & korrekte Dokumentation (inkl. SAP) Selbstständige Störungsbehebung sowie Austausch/Verschleiss von Maschinenteilen Mitarbeit bei Wartung, Revisionen, Inbetriebnahmen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Engineering, Logistik und Produktion Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mechanisch/elektrisch) Erfahrung in Pharma, Lebensmittel, Kosmetik oder Chemie von Vorteil Technisches Verständnis, lösungsorientiert, teamfähig und flexibel Bereitschaft für 2–3-Schichtbetrieb & Pikettdienst Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift) Was dich erwartet: Eine vielseitige Rolle mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in einem selbstorganisierten Team, abwechslungsreiche technische Tätigkeiten und ein dynamisches Produktionsumfeld.
