Our mission: We safely power your flight.LEAP Quality InspectorAs a LEAP Quality Inspector you will:Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, piece parts on scheduleCreate repair orders for assemblies and individual partsRequest and execute engine modificationsControl of executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assembliesPerform assigned work on time and ensure quality of workContinuous improvement of the processes to be executed with the aim of improving quality and safety; application of Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)Environmentally conscious handling of operating equipment (resources) while measuring control of the assemblies in mounted condition, as well as ensuring timely execution and independent self‑control of performed ordersDocumentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations alongside the performance of internal audits (e.g. 5S audits) and the in‑time implementation of the defined actionsProfileCompleted vocational training, preferably specialised in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industryPreferably authorised to certify engines under EASA part 145 / part 66Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekendsAbility to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely and in a responsible mannerKnowledge of English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plusOpen‑minded and dedicated team player with good communication skills, with high safety, quality and cost awareness, and knowledgeable in MS Office with SAP experienceWe OfferWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
