Notre client recherche un Ingénieur QA pour rejoindre son équipe projet et contribuer à l'implémentation de Dynamics 365 CRM. Le projet vise à améliorer les processus métier grâce à une solution CRM optimisée et stable. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la validation de la qualité des développements et la garantie de la conformité des livrables.

Responsabilités
  • Concevoir, planifier et exécuter des stratégies de tests (fonctionnels, non fonctionnels, exploratoires, automatisés) pour Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Élaborer et maintenir des cas de tests et scénarios basés sur les spécifications métiers.
  • Assurer l'exécution des campagnes de tests (manuels et automatisés) et analyser les résultats.
  • Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies jusqu'à leur résolution.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement, chefs de projet et métiers pour garantir la qualité du CRM implémenté.
  • Participer aux revues de code et aux discussions techniques pour anticiper les problèmes qualité.
  • Automatiser les tests récurrents pour optimiser les validations.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus QA.
Profil recherché
  • Expérience professionnelle : Minimum 3 ans en tant qu'Ingénieur QA.
  • Compétences CRM : Une connaissance avancée des CRM est requise ; une expérience spécifique sur Dynamics 365 CRM est fortement souhaitée.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils de tests (Postman, Selenium, TestRail ou équivalents).
  • Expérience secteur : Une expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance est un atout.
  • Connaissances complémentaires : Connaissance des méthodes de développement Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Langues : Français courant, anglais technique.
  • Esprit analytique et rigueur.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Proactivité et autonomie dans la résolution de problèmes.
  • Adaptabilité dans un contexte en transformation.
  • Mission basée à Lausanne, avec des possibilités de télétravail partiel.
  • Environnement dynamique avec des projets innovants.
