Als Supply Chain Koordinator spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Organisation und Koordination unserer Lieferkette. Mit deinem Engagement und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise stellst du sicher, dass alle Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen und du als Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und Partnern fungierst. Wenn du eine operative Herausforderung suchst und in einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeiten möchtest, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Deine Aufgaben Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Transporten und Lieferungen und kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung von Bestellungen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Bestände optimiert und Materialflüsse effizient gestaltet werden. Dabei überprüfst du regelmässig die Bestandszahlen und erstellst Bestellvorschläge. Du pflegst den Kontakt zu Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und internen Abteilungen und sicherst die reibungslose Kommunikation entlang der Lieferkette. Du behältst immer den Überblick und stellst sicher, dass Lieferungen rechtzeitig ankommen und die Produktionspläne eingehalten werden. Du kümmerst dich um die Dokumentation und Pflege von relevanten Lieferketten-Daten in unserem ERP-System und erstellst regelmässige Berichte zu Lieferungen, Beständen und Transaktionen. Du arbeitest aktiv an der Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse, um die Effizienz der Supply-Chain weiter zu steigern. Dein Profil Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain Management. Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik oder im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel. Du hast sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest selbstständig und effizient. Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst sowohl mit internen als auch externen Partnern auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren. Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss.
