We are looking for a Controlling Specialist (100%) for a permanent position in our Controlling team.
Your tasks, you…
- support our organization performance review in multiple areas (from sales to cost)
- engage in leading the company's planning processes and assessing the quality of the outcome
- participate in creating regular or ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders (English and Korean)
- collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect relevant information and support problem solutions
- create and handle different simulation modeling and analysis
- investigate irregular transactions and provide appropriate solutions
- maintain internal documentation and work processes
Your profile, you…
- have a degree in business administration with a focus on management and financial accounting
- already have few years of work experience in a similar position and environment
- have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- already have worked with SAP HANA Finance (FICO) or with a similar ERP system
- ideally have advanced skills in scripting (VBA, Python) and experience with BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics)
- have a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengths
- are fluent in Business Korean and English (ideally good in German)
- have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
- are a committed, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
