QA Engineer (m/w/d) Als QA Engineer stellen Sie sicher, dass Produktionsanlagen gemäß GMP-Anforderungen qualifiziert werden. Sie verantworten die Erstellung und Pflege von Qualifizierungsdokumenten, koordinieren den Austausch zwischen Engineering, QA und weiteren Stakeholdern und begleiten die Durchführung von Qualifizierungsaktivitäten. Ihre Arbeit ist entscheidend für die Einhaltung regulatorischer Standards und die erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen. Hauptaufgaben: Unterstützung der Quality Engineering (QE) in verschiedenen Projektphasen. Erstellung und Pflege von QA-Dokumenten (z. B. URS, IQ, OQ, DQ, PQ). Ausarbeitung von Qualifizierungsplänen und Berichten. Durchführung von Reviews und Abstimmungen mit internen Stakeholdern. Begleitung der Qualifizierungsaktivitäten (IQ/OQ) und Erstellung der zugehörigen Berichte. Sicherstellung der finalen Freigabeprozesse. Profil: Erfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance, idealerweise in GMP-regulierten Umgebungen. Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Prüfung von Qualifizierungsdokumenten (URS, IQ/OQ/DQ/PQ). Vertrautheit mit Qualifizierungsplänen und deren Umsetzung. Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (MasterControl) sowie papierbasierter Dokumentation. Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke.
