Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n erfahrene:n Sachbearbeiter:in Credit Control.
Als Sachbearbeiter:in Credit Control prüfst und kontrollierst du die Bonität unserer Kunden in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz, um potenzielle Risikokunden frühzeitig zu identifizieren. Du kontaktierst sie proaktiv, um Zahlungsverzüge zu vermeiden und vereinbarst, falls nötig, Abzahlungsmodalitäten.
Neben dem Kontakt mit bestehenden Kunden sowie potenziellen Neukunden bist du für die Einleitung und Durchführung von Betreibungen auf Pfändung und Konkurs verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die fristgerechte Eingabe unserer Forderungen an die jeweiligen Ämter und das Einholen verschiedener Informationen bei den entsprechenden Stellen.
Dank deiner flexiblen Persönlichkeit bist du bereit, dein Team auch bei zusätzlichen Aufgaben zu unterstützen.

Um auch unser Credit Control Team einen Schritt weiter zu bringen, suchen wir nach einer zuverlässigen und teamorientierten Persönlichkeit. Ausserdem verfügst du über eine gesunde Portion Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hartnäckigkeit, wobei du nie deinen Humor verlierst. Deine selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationskompetenz, ermöglicht dir auch das eigenverantwortliche Planen und Umsetzen deiner Aufgaben.
Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen
- Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Arbeit mit Zahlen
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel/Word, ERP Kenntnisse (Oracle) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich), Französisch von Vorteil
